Fitness Factory Martial Arts:
Fitness Factory Martial Arts provides a dynamic, motivating training environment for the entire family.

Classes are designed to keep students interested and motivated to learn. Discipline, focus, strength, and character are developed and enhanced through Armen’s training style. Students are encouraged to perfect form and technique. There is only one Sahbumnim (Master) at our school and he conducts all classes.

Taekwondo (World Taekwondo Federation):
Taekwondo is a Korean martial art and the national sport of South Korea. It is the world's most popular martial art in terms of the number of practitioners. Gyeorugi, a type of sparring, has been an Olympic event since 2000. Taekwondo is known for its emphasis on kicking techniques, which distinguishes it from martial arts such as karate or southern styles of kung fu. The rationale is that the leg is the longest and strongest weapon a martial artist has, and kicks thus have the greatest potential to execute powerful strikes without successful retaliation.

Physically, taekwondo develops strength, speed, balance, flexibility, and stamina. An example of the union of mental and physical discipline is the breaking of boards, which requires both physical mastery of the technique and the concentration to focus one's strength.

Thai Kickboxing:
Muay Thai, translated into English as Thai Boxing, is the national sport of Thailand. This martial art is referred to as "The Art of Eight Limbs", as the hands, shins, elbows, and knees are all used extensively in this art. A practitioner of Muay Thai ("nak muay") thus has the ability to execute strikes using eight "points of contact," as opposed to "two points" (fists) in Western boxing and "four points" (fists, feet) used in the primarily sport-oriented forms of martial arts.

Muay Thai has a heavy focus on body conditioning. It is specifically designed to promote the level of fitness and toughness required for ring competition. Training regimens include many staples of combat sport conditioning such as running, shadowboxing, rope jumping, body weight resistance exercises, medicine ball exercises, abdominal exercises, and in some cases weight training.
